Many of my recipes come with stories – stories from my childhood, from young adulthood, from England, France, Spain, Portugal, India, and Korea. There are stories from my children, from my husband, and from my friends. Food in and of itself tells a story, a history, traces a line through the world from where it began to our tables.

Bibimbap, one of my Korean favourites! I need to invest in stone bowls to do this dish justice, though!
