예 OR 네 OR 응 mean YES
아니오 in a sentence is NO
아니에요 is a polite way to say NO
고맙습니다 is a informal way to say THANK YOU
감사합니다 is a formal way to say THANK YOU
실례합니다 is EXCUSE ME
죄송합니다 means SORRY formally
미안해요 means SORRY informally
괜찮아요 means alright or okay.
괜찮아요? means is it okay? are you okay?
천만에요 means it’s nothing.
앉으세요! Please sit!
수고하십니다! You’re working very hard!!
수고하세요! Keep working hard!!
수고하셨어요! Thanks for helping me at work!
그래요? Really?
