I added a hangul page today–instead of trying to explain it myself I added links to videos and resources to help you all out. Learning hangul is extremely important, as romanizations really just don’t help. I firmly believe they make it more difficult. When I was first learning Japanese, my sensei was extremely adamant that we learn hiragana within the first week. After that point we weren’t allowed to use romanization at all. I am so glad that she was so strict about this. It has helped me amazingly. It was the first thing I did when starting to learn Korean–I mastered Hangul.
