They seem never ending! I have a literature one this morning and then a test in Korean this afternoon. I have yet to study for either of them…. and it’s already after 7am. OOps. I am pretty tired of exams!! It’s all I seem to do, study for them. I’m lucky this semester though, I haven’t had to write a single paper (yet!!) Which is amazing to me, since I usually have acres of papers to write.
I had someone request that I write all the Japanese posts with hiragana and romaji as well as kanji. I think that part of this is a good idea (hiragana part) because it will be able to help more people. I am a bit allergic to the idea of romaji though. I’m one of those on the side of ‘learn hiragana asap’, rather than ‘romaji is okay’. I think this comes from the fact that I learned hiragana pretty much right away. Romaji was used in the textbook for a little while, but then that was dropped. Once I got used to reading hiragana, I found I had a huge problem with romaji. Now, I can’t read romaji at all. I’ll try for a while on my blog and see how it goes. I’m not entirely sure I’ll even be able to write it properly, but I’ll give it a try! Most of the grammar points and so forth I tend to do, however, are fairly advanced (intermediate rather than beginner), but you all are still very welcome to learn from them
Okay, I better get a hustle on since I still have so much to do this morning. I’m sure I’ll be back later with a post of some description (maybe two!!)
またね!
